If you delete the BlackBerry UEM Client app from your device, you cannot activate your device.
Before you begin: Deactivate your device.
- Touch and hold the BlackBerry UEM Client icon.
- Tap the x in the upper corner of the icon.
- Tap Delete.
After you finish: If you want to activate your device, reinstall the BlackBerry UEM Client app on your device. You might need to get a new activation password from your administrator.
